Her perspective is enriched by over 25 years of experience directing music and leading ministry teams—an extension of her deep commitment to helping individuals realize their potential and collaborate effectively toward shared goals. This unique blend of corporate strategy and creative leadership equips her with a distinctive lens for cultivating high-performing, purpose-driven teams.
